What do I do if my goods are damaged?

Q: My double sided tape has been squashed in transit and isn’t working properly, what can I do?

A: Speak to us first, we will be happy to send out replacements right away. In the rare situations when products arrive in less than perfect condition we will be quick in sorting it out. We always try to pack thoroughly and protectively and sometimes carrier damage is outside of our control. However, we know how important it is for you to get the goods you need, on time, every time so we'll step in with a solution. So if things do go wrong, we think it's how we react to these situations that mark us out as an exceptional supplier.
